Renting Guide

There is a shortage of rental properties in the Illawarra and so they are leased quickly. At All Residential Real Estate, we're looking for tenants who will:

• Care for the property as if it were their own
• Pay their rent on time
• Be considerate of the neighbors and
• Return the property in good condition

You can start your property search on our website and also register for property alerts online. To prepare yourself for renting a property, we suggest you review the "Frequently Asked Questions -- Leasing a Property" on our website.

To apply for a property online please go to www.arre.com.au/apply

1. Create a Renter profile with your email address, you will be sent a confirmation email to log in. Check your Junk folder for the email.
2. You will be required to submit a reference request for your Professional, Employment and Residential referees via Tenant Options.
   Tip: Please gather the emails addresses and contact numbers from your referees before you start.
3. To add a joint applicant select ‘ADD applicant’ , once you have completed all the applicants’ profiles you will be able to apply for a property by clicking ‘APPLY for a Property’ button on the Applications page.
   Note: you do not need to wait until your referees respond before applying for a property.
4. When searching for a property, start typing the address and it will appear from a list. Click on the property you wish to apply for and follow the prompts.
   Note: You will receive an email when your application has been submitted.
5. If you require assistance go the FAQ link or the “Contact Us” options

We aim to process all applications within two working days. However, it can take longer to contact all referees and rental agents. You can help by telling them to expect a phone call from us.

If your application is successful you'll be required to pay a reservation fee of one week's rent within 24 hours to secure the property. We'll then arrange a tenancy induction meeting with you to explain the lease and arrange payment of your first rent and bond. Then you can start to enjoy living in a property managed by All Residential Real Estate, a company committed to providing a high quality service to all our clients.
