You will be assigned your personal property manager who will be your prime point of contact. However we have a team of 10 experienced people in property management who assist each other in providing seamless support to our clients.
2. Advertising Your Property
We use lots of clear, appealing photos and a detailed description to ensure that we attract people to inspect your property. Then we advertise your property on more than 18 different websites and social media sites to reach as many prospective tenants as possible.
3. While The Property Is Vacant
Prospective Tenants can use our online inspection booking system 24/7 to organize an inspection that suits them. We will show your property 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday, so more people can view your property. Whenever possible we show prospective tenants through the property while the current tenant is still there. All this allows us to rent your property quicker.
4. Finding The Right Tenant
We have an extremely rigorous tenant selection process that is applied to every single application we receive. All prospective tenants must provide 100 points of identification and proof of their ability to pay the rent. We check all references by phone, and then recommend the best applicants to you for approval. This means we have the best opportunity of finding you the most suitable tenant for your property in the shortest possible time.
5. Caring For Your Property
This starts with preparing a detailed Condition Report at the beginning of the tenancy, which includes clear photos as well as accurate text descriptions. We invite you to the 3 routine inspections per year, and you will receive a report after every inspection, so you are always kept informed about your property. We never organise maintenance without your approval.
6. Looking After Your Money
Payments are made to your account twice per month. We can also look after payment of all your property expenses AND ensure they are paid on time. We do rent reviews prior to the end of a lease so that the rent can be increased at the first possible date. All recommendations are sent to you for approval.
