3. What do I do if something needs repairing?

Please let All Residential Real Estate know as soon as something needs repairing. That way we can address the problem quickly to avoid the risk of injury to you or your visitors, or damage to the property. You can notify our office about a maintenance problem through either:

  • For details on after-hours repairs, see your Residential Tenancy Agreement.
  • Our tenant app or
  • Emailing to email@arre.com.au

Please be specific about the nature of your problem and provide details for access to the property. If a tradesman has not contacted you within 48 hours, please contact us again. Please note, if no fault is found when a tradesperson attends your repair request, you will be charged the cost of the tradesperson account.
