3. What do I do if something needs repairing?

Please let All Residential Real Estate (formerly Fanning Real Estate) know as soon as something needs repairing. That way we can address the problem quickly to avoid the risk of injury to you or your visitors, or damage to the property. You can notify our office about a maintenance problem through either:

  • For details on after hours repairs, see your Residential Tenancy Agreement.
  • Our online maintenance reporting system at arre.com.au, click here or
  • Emailing to email@arre.com.au or
  • By faxing your completed maintenance form to (02) 4228 9442 (there is a blank maintenance form in the tenants information booklet you were given at the time you signed your lease)

Please be specific about the nature of your problem and provide details for access to the property. If a tradesman has not contacted you within 48 hours, please contact us again. Please note, if no fault is found when a tradesperson attends your repair request, you will be charged the cost of the tradesperson account.
